This policy explains what we collect when you visit baselineclub.com, book a court, join a program or become a member — and what we do with it.

1. Who we are
Baseline Club is a tennis and padel club at 2140 Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA. When we say “we” or “us” in this policy, we mean the club and the people who run it.
2. What we collect
We only collect what we need to run your bookings, programs and membership:
Contact details — your name, email address and phone number.
Booking and membership details — courts, sessions, plans and attendance.
Payment details — handled by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers.
Messages you send us, including enquiries and feedback.
Basic usage data from this website, such as pages visited and device type.
3. How we use it
To confirm, change and remind you about bookings, clinics and lessons.
To manage your membership, billing, freezes and cancellations.
To send Court news — only if you have signed up, and you can leave at any time.
To keep the club safe and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the club — payments, booking software, email delivery and website hosting — and only for those purposes. We may also share information when the law requires it.
5. Cookies and analytics
This site uses a small number of cookies and privacy-friendly analytics to measure visits and keep it working properly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
6. How long we keep it
We keep member and booking records while your membership is active and for up to six years afterwards for accounting purposes. Enquiries are deleted after two years, and you can unsubscribe from Court news at any time.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it for marketing. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.
8. Juniors
Our junior programs are booked by a parent or guardian. We collect only the details needed for coaching and safety, such as age, level and emergency contacts, and we never send marketing to children.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make important changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and let members know by email.
