Terms of service

These terms cover court bookings, memberships, coaching and everything else you do with Baseline Club, on court and online. By booking or joining, you agree to them.

1. Using our courts

Courts are booked by the hour through the website, the app or the front desk. Please arrive on time, wear non-marking court shoes and leave the court ready for the next players.

2. Booking windows

Rally members can book 7 days ahead.
Club members can book 14 days ahead.
Pro members can book 21 days ahead.
Non-members can book up to 3 days in advance.

3. Cancellations and no-shows

You can cancel a court for free up to 6 hours before your start time. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full, and repeated no-shows may limit your booking window.

4. Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly or yearly in advance. You can freeze for up to 3 months a year, or cancel any time with 30 days’ notice — no exit fees. Yearly plans are refunded pro rata for unused full months.

5. Coaching, clinics and camps

Programs run in terms or sessions shown on the timetable. If we cancel a session — for weather, floodlight faults or coach illness — we will move you to another session or refund it.

6. Juniors

Players under 16 must be booked by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for drop-off, pick-up and keeping our emergency contact details up to date.

7. Club rules and safety

Respect other players, coaches and staff — on and off court.
Follow the posted rules for each surface, including clay court brushing.
Report any injury or damaged equipment to the front desk straight away.
We may suspend access for behaviour that puts people or courts at risk.

8. Liability

Tennis and padel are physical sports, and you take part at your own risk. We are not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings, except where the law says otherwise.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted here, and members will be told about important changes by email.
